Global Human Resource Management – II stopień

The Global Human Resource Management major is designed for those interested in human resource management in an international environment. Organizations striving to gain competitive advantage need professionals prepared to work in a rapidly changing world. Evolving technology is altering the way we work and that is why skills such as flexibility and adaptability are crucial. The GHRM major helps students develop competences related to the use of new tools and technologies in managing employees as well as gain the knowledge necessary to work in a globalizing world.

Graduates can work for global organizations, as well as public institutions supporting the activities of companies in international markets. Graduates may have a career:

• as HR specialist – position involving such tasks as recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating employees;
• or they can take on jobs as consultants, helping to design and implement personnel policies, providing advice on HRM, conducting market research and analysis. 

The study program includes a variety of subjects: both on issues fundamental to HRM professionals (e.g., Training, Development and Careers or Performance and Reward Management), related to current challenges (Big Data, Text Mining and Social Media Analysis) and completely unique (Politics and Economy of Outer Space, Money in the Digital Era).

In addition, studying in English will prepare graduates for communication with employees and business partners all over the world.
