Description of the field of study

The three-semestral Master’s studies in the field of International Logistics contain theoretical and practical elements, prepare graduates to use the acquired competences on the labor market. Studies are interdisciplinary in nature. Students gain knowledge in the area of logistics, management and quality sciences and IT. The aim of this program is to familiarize students with the complexity and multifaceted nature of international logistics management systems and the impact of globalization processes on logistics systems. The possibilities and conditions for shaping logistics in an interdisciplinary approach will be explained.

Career prospects

International Logistics graduates have qualifications enabling them to work in logistics companies operating on an international scale, corporations, forwarding and transport companies, logistic service centers, logistics distribution centers and consulting companies. The study program has been designed to allow the graduades to have the competences necessary to work in a diverse international environment.

Strengths of field of study

The adopted concept of International Logistics education assumes the acquisition of theoretical and methodological knowledge as well as skills in managing business activity, enabling students to independently formulate practical and theoretical conclusions. Acquired analytical skills allow to solve problems occurring in the area of logistics. The studies allow to acquire contemporary knowledge about the social and economic environment, the functioning of the market and organisation.
